The FAQ was first compiled for one of the information sessions related to a special resolution we were holding to fund the waterproofing rectification works. The Special Resolution was subsequently approved and finance is now available to the OC however as yet we have not updated these particular FAQ answers, notwithstanding that the remainder of the information is still current so is worth having this available to all owners until we can review and revise as we progress into the actual works.
